Newton Dinner

Went with Nyc, Damian and Jane for dinner at newton on sunday. Reached there at around 6:35 and thought i was going to be late. But then turns out that i was the earliest. Nyc sms me ask me where i was and that she was already at the newton mrt station waiting also. hmmm she didnt drive... thats so unusual of her. Where are all the brand cars she is driving. Then Damian arrvied too soon after with Jane the only one who was late as usual. So we sat at one corner to chit chat while we were waiting. We didnt ordered drinks at first becoz we thought of waiting for Jane first. Then Damian went to order sugar cane from a stall some distance away because the owner behind us wasnt around. When the owner came back he asked us where we got the drinks and he seemed unhappy. The competition was really tight over there at newton.

Jane finally arrived and we ordered Stingray, Kangkong, Lala, Tiger prawn and oyster eggs. Nyc cant eat chilli stuffs and so tried not to eat as much hot stuff as possible. After eating the filling meal, we went on chating a while then decide to go somewhere else for a drink. Couldnt think of a place and in the end decided on Holland Village. Jane and Nyc took Damian's car to holland V first while i went to pick Kangmin up. This reservist guy was having ICT and was able to book out on weekends. He attended his music school performance and was able to go off at 9pm so i asked him if he wanted to join us.

Reached Holland V and luckily i was able to find a place to park my car. Usually it was pretty crowded on weekends. Holland V is really a very cool place to hang out with with the many cafes and restaurants to try out there. Went to a cafe called Essential Bleu. The concept of the cafe was a japanese style and we went upstairs and have to take off our shoes. Quite a nice place to go to and chit chat. Ohh.. btw its a cafe but its actually selling tea instead. The drinks were okok only bah... maybe can go back try more next time. Kangmin ordered some finger food as he did not have his dinner yet. Then Damian left at 1045 as he has to send his brother to camp. We stayed a while more and left as the cafe was closing at11pm. Then i sent them to Jurong East mrt as they all live in the west... Went home and saw panda online.. hmm no one was playing sia and he is getting quite hardcore in dota... not to mention getting more pro. Fox soon came in too and we played a few games thru the nite.

NTU Transcript

Went back to school today to collect the university transcript. Missed the journey as i was driving along PIE back to NTU. Been travelling to and back on this expressway almost everyday to school and kinda miss the scenery on the road. Generally hated the feeling to travel to school in the morning due to the sleepiness and liked the journey back in the evening... And everytime pass thru cjc will bring back some memories i had during my JC life.

Reached school and joined Kangmin for breakfast at mac. Damian joined us shortly. Walked to the Nanyang audit and saw many ppl there. Some people i haven talked for a while and some people whom i never talked to before. Many familiar faces. Went up and queue up to collect the transcript... Yes... Queue up... hahaha. Inside ppl were trying their gowns and all these. Collected the paper which took me 3 years and 2 tix for the convocation nite. Then went off with Wendy Ong and Kangmin. Sent Kangmin to the mrt and took wendy to orchard as she had to make her way to raffles place to sign her contract for her job. Dun sign la... so little pay hahaha... enjoy life while u can mah.

Then met up with damian at cineleisure where we bought batman begins tix. Not say bought coz damian was able to get 2 free tix.... so good. Waited for 90 mins because we were too early. went shop around and had a drink at mos burger. Batman was quite a good movie eh... not that classic batman though.. but the movie was quite entertaining nevertheless..

Marina Bay

Went with Jane and Kangmin to eat BBQ at marina bay. Reached there around 6pm coz our miss chew was kinda late in meeting with kangmin at jurong east mrt... ^%$@!#*!@%!@. So we went to the one which they give us live prawns and crabs. Ate a whole lot of meat and ya it was quite nice and fun to eat there once in a while. However our clothes and hair will smell very badly due to the smoke that was floating all around us.

After eating we went to city hall to have some drink. Wanted to drink at cafe cartel but then there was no table inside and we wanted to have some air con. So in the end we went to starbucks and drank there instead. There was air con inside due to the covered area in there. So drank a bit and went home at around 11plus.


Damian House Warming

Went down to cineleisure at 12pm to buy ticktes for the movie mr and mrs smith which i had asked jane to watch with me. Wanted to go down and get the tickets first becoz i scared that tickets will be sold out becoz its a saturday and singaporean have nothing better to do on a saturday then to watch movies...

Reached cineleisure again at 4:35pm... phew.. coz of the jam at orchard road... there are just too many cars on the road. so called jane and she said she was at outram park... arrhhh.. she will be late hahahaha. So waited at the 5th floor for her.. finally she arrived at 0457 and we quickly went in to watch the show. We missed maybe 1-2 mins of the show bah... The show was quite good and its quite funny. Didnt know that brad pitt was such a funny actor eh.

After the show we went around to shop for a gift for damian's house warming. Jane suggested getting some gift vouchers for him and i didnt had anything in mind so i said ok. We wanted to go best denki first before we go try istean becoz we didnt know whether best denki does sell any gift vouchers. So we went to taka and bought $30 vouchers there shared be me, jane and nyc. Jane called nyc where she was and apparently she was at city hall looking at some gifts that we can buy for Damian. So we suggested meeting her since she dunno the way to Damian's house. I told her to meet us at orchard mrt since its on the way to toapayoh. Then she sms jane tell her she lazy to get off at orchard and would meet us at toa payoh instead. kaozzz.... so slack ger...

Finally picked nyc at toa payoh mrt.. and we reached damian's 39 storey high house... haha seems like it was his brother's birthday. So we went in and took some leftover foods... he didnt keep some food for us.. kaoz. His house is very nice. The view from 39 storey was damn awesome. The night view was really something we cant find anywhere and he can see it everyday, just from his room.. wah so shiok...



Then we chat a while and find out what each of out friends have been doing... appaparently some of us haven find jobs la... hahahah u know who. Then we took some photo hehejust for fun to test my new phones. haha make nyc wanan buy this phone also lolx. Then after that sent nyc and jane to the mrt at city hall where she lft her car... .duhz... rich ger!!!

Where Is My Mum!!!!

Was going to call pingping on Friday to ask her about her job in Maybank becoz i applied for OCBC as a PFC. Then at nite i call her ... no one ans. Only have her voicemail saying "halo this is ping. Sorry i am not around at the moment blah blah blah". So i called later.. still same thing so maybe i tpt she is sleeping liao.

Next day i tried again calling her but still same thing. Kaoz.. what happened to my pretty mum. Maybe she busy with work, maybe she busy on a date ... hmmm at least should had returned me a call or sms me mah. Stupid mum leave me to rot on my own. Still waiting for her call....

Lost My Handphone!!!

Went to take photo on Monday for my interview with OCBC on tuesday. So later meeting fox and powei to go out walk walk. I reached Bugis early so i went to play arcade. Got this game called wat rumble fight 2 or wat one so i played lor. Then fox they all came and i went with them. They wanted to play arcade a while so i joined them play a few more game. So i went back to the same machine and play the same game. Then i realised that my handphone was not with me. Holy shit.. looked around and couldnt find it. Used fox handphone to call mine and the phone was off... omg... my phone is lost!!!

So in the end have to go down PS to the starhub center and make a new sim card and buy a new phone. Didnt have any phone in perference so in the end bought the sony-ericsson k750i. Quite a nice and cool phone with a camera that has 2 megapixel. And the way u take pictures is like a normal phone and has a flash light... coool hor.. but my heart was bleeding lor. Cost me $700 for nothing... dman the person who took my phone!!! Hope he dun live long and lightning strike him or he be disabled in the near future. His evil doing has cost me dearly. But i was careless too.. stupid me for not taking care of my precious phone.

OCBC Interview

Went down for an OCBC interview on tuesday. Supposed to reach at 2:30 but i reached there by 2pm becoz they say have to go early for a personality test. Saw stefan with mingsing sitting outside the raffles place MRT so i chat with them for a while. Stefan was still looking for a job while Mingsing was having his attachment in one of the tall buildings. There was a promotion for redbull and the ger promoting came over and gave me one... quite a sweet ger haha... so drank the redbull and felt energetic for the interview.

Reached the office and saw that there were quite a number of people coming ofr the PFC interview. The interviewer asked the same old questions like introduce yurself, what u wish to achieve in yur careers in 5 years time, and blah blah blah. I wasnt nervous at all and just chat with them like friends. First time that i can talk so good in a interview. Not that i dont wish to take this job seriously, coz if i feel so i wont waste my time to apply for the job. Not a lengthly interview and went back at around 3pm.

30th May

Went to the bookfair with powei on monday. Played at the arcade while i was waiting for him. Then went to the turkey restaurant nearby to have lunch. Joanna sent me an sms to ask me how was my job hunt then i asked her wanna see movie later not coz justus had tix selliing at $5. Anyway so long never see her liao.. last time i see this old JC frd of mine was at ther bday party 2 years ago. Told her to meet around 3pm to join me and powei go to the bookfair first but she came down at 2:30pm.... duhz... took only 50mins to reach. Then i realise that she thought the show was at 3pm... some miscommunication ah.

Didnt realise that the fair was a chinese book fair and so nothing much to browse... Powei bought some chinese books though. Joanna bought some brain teaser books on math.... related to what she was going to teach she says haha. She is going to teach normal tech student and supposedly to teach math and computing... hmm seems like she will get bullied. Stupid Justus suddenly says that his uncle no more tix... kaoz... i asked Joanna come down liao then he says this... so bo bian i went to get one more tickets for her. Kuku sia justus...

After eating something at Mac, Powei went off and i went walk around Suntec while waiting for Justus and his friends to come. They ate dinner while we didnt joined in as we were still full from the mac meal, and then waited for KamWai to come from his interview. He founded a job at some bank... so fortunate. In the end we went in 10 mins late and miss a bit of the opening of Star War III!!!! Stupid KamWai.

After the movie we went off to do some shopping at carrefour. She says she dun wanna shop before the movie coz she lazy to carry the things... duhzzzz.... so after the movie we went to shop a while after we had dinner at the food court.

1st June

Went for a interview at philips capital.. kns.. financial planner again.. cnat they just stop harassing me?? so juust go there waste time with Benson and was really not interested in listening. AFter the interview, we went Bugis walk a while as i was buying some comics.

As we were walking to the Bus stop to go home, we saw Ting wei and Gary and then i joined them walked around as i didnt wanna go home since got nothing to do anyway. Benson went off to go to his aunts shop to watch VCD.... duhzz...

We walkded to suntec city and sat down in a Mac to chat. Then amazingly i received 2 phone calls from insurance companies to ask me to meet up with them and to go for an interview. wah sian... those online posting of resume really sux... .u can only attract insruance companies. After that we went to meet Kirby who had an interview also and we had dinner at magic wok near city hall.


2rd June

Went down to international plaza to submit my resumes to the various job agencies... haiz.. sian liao la.. told them dun wan direct sales jobs and blah blah blah.. they said now not much bank jobs available and there are only contracts jobs or temp jobs. haiz... anything la.. i just wanna work in the banks can??... went with Chun Kiat and we spend hours searching around.

After that went to meet Husein and powei to dunno wat adventure they had last time that got them lost... walked like shit lor... kns.. so hot and was sweating and was standing for 1 whole day liao.... they just wanna kill me. But yah... the place was quite nice. Had a beautiful sea scenery and there was a fountain that blow water high up to 10 meters high... cool sia.. .then got people fly kite nearby.... long time since i fly a kite.. kinda missed it.

After that walked back again... WTF!!! Ate at a japanese restaurant and was ok la the food. Not that bad... then after that went home to rest... wah tiring day....

5th June

Went down to the PC show .... was damn crowded. Expo set up a temp car park in one of the hall and wow.. can fit many cars inside. Actually nothing much at the fair, no pretty gers, nothing to buy also. In the end bought Dvd-R and went home liao.

Phoebe has grown up very fast... seems like all the milk she drank has been put into good use. she is growing up more pretty and her eyes is so lovely... Hope she can start talking soon... or walking also can.
