MayDay Rocks
Went to Plaza Singapore and caught the live performance of Mayday outside the shopping mall promoting their laterst album, 五月天 - 神的孩子都在跳舞. The small concert began at 7pm, half an hour later then it was supposed to start but then when has a concert started right on the dot before. The performance by Mayday was simply fantastic and wonderful... The songs was so nice that everyone attending the concert was so high!!!... lolx... i mean they are really the best chinese group around with the dumb groups such as F4, 5566 and tension and energy left to rot on their own. They are the only one which i can call a band that can sell in the market.... looks like i have to spend on their albums soon. Anyway looks like a concert is going to be held next year and i think i cant resist the temptations of going to watch it live with the best seats.. hahaha...
Oh btw... The Incredibles is a very good and funny movie. The whole plot is simple and expectable but the way these super heroes fought with the villians was very interesting. Really was a entertaining movie... MUST WATCH wor!!!
Singapore has dropped in its service performance from being the top 10 in the world to being in the 20++... haha... i dont really feel that Singapore deserves to be in the top 10 in terms of service anyway. When i went to Taiwan last holiday, the services there was clearly much more better then the ones in Singapore. Whenever we enter a shop, there would always be someone greeting you 欢迎光临. There are many improvements that Singapore has to learn and to improve on to compete with these overseas counterparts. In fact it had becoming increasingly known that Singaporeans do not wish to be in the service sectors such as waiters or hair salons. Many of these services are being occupied by personnels from Malaysia or other Asian countries. The attitude of Singaporeans in choosing jobs has to be looked upon and is growing to be a major concern.
World of warcraft is out... the latest sequal to the warcraft series and bliizard latest game hits the stores in north usa, new zealand and australia on the 23th Nov... God knows when they will hit the shelves of Singapore ... anyone knows? By the way, it seems to be a very expensive game to play... the monthly card is like US$15 a month... Help!!! This is daylight robbery!!!
